Stearns Cleaning is owned and operated by the Levesque family. We are committed to providing our clients with the ultimate service experience. I, Dave Levesque, started Stearns Cleaning in 1998 at the end of my junior year of high school. The reason I chose the Stearns name is that my grandparents Nelson and Shirley Stearns encouraged me to go into business. I asked if I could use their name for my carpet cleaning business and so in honor of my grandparents (who have since passed), I choose the Stearns family name. It also helps me to keep good honest business practices because I do not want to do anything that could damage their good name. To this day, we still have clients that we have had since the beginning. I worked for a major franchise cleaning service for a while and also worked on the maintenance crew of a department store prior to starting Stearns Cleaning. I started mainly subbing work from another company in town. I attended clases and have recieved many certifications for the cleaning and restoration industry.
My wonderful wife Lisa Levesque was an administrative assistant for an agent at a well known financial group in Bedford, NH. We decided that her talents could be better used in the family cleaning business and taking care of our children at home. Lisa and our 5 year old daughter Marissa and 3 year old Kyleigh take care of the office, including booking appointments, client services, billing and much more. Marissa and Kyleigh just try to talk to everyone mommy talks to.
